As soon as this remark came out, Qi Mingyue was tempted. If he was able to fully remove the Lianxin gu, it could be regarded as having solved a major problem.

He nodded, but then recalled that he would leave the palace and felt worried about Father Emperor getting angry again.

Finding it strange, he glanced at Hong Qi and Ying Ran and noted the anger in their eyes; he seemed to understand the reason. Could it be that something he didn't know happened when he fell unconscious the other day?
“Do you know why they are like this?” He asked both Hong Qi and Ying Ran squarely.
Hong Qi first lowered her head, then raised it indignantly after a pause, “Your Royal Highness, I don't know who it is, but they[1] said that Consort An who perished in the prison died because of you. They also said that Your Royal Highness is the alien star and would bring disaster and calamity to Cang He. It's really infuriating, it was all spread in secret. No one dares to say it openly, and it’s not easy to catch them one by one. But His Majesty didn't respond, he didn’t chastise people--,” Before she could finish speaking, Ying Ran tugged at her sleeve. Hong Qi was startled into immediate silence, then remembered that His Majesty had instructed them to not disturb His Highness with anything.

Seeing both of their expressions, Qi Mingyue understood that it must be that Father hadn’t allowed them to say anything. It appeared that the matter regarding alien star emerged earlier than he expected, and it had been spread out. The fear in peoples’ hearts had erupted. An Ruolan’s death, regardless of whether they knew the inside story or not, was a fact that would cast a shadow on his identity; from the most favoured prince to the alien star that would harm the country.
It seemed that it was the time to go out to avoid the limelight, or simply ask Father Emperor to issue an edict to expel him from the palace?
He shook his head, if Father knew what he was thinking, it would lead him to become even angrier and result in punishment.
Back in the Xuantian Hall, Qi Xutian was already waiting for him to dine. The two sat down together. Qi Mingyue looked at the dishes on the table and didn’t move his mouth. He hesitated and said to Qi Xutian, “Father, I need to go out of the palace.”
Since he had to say it sooner or later, he might as well do it sooner. Although Father was domineering, he was not an unreasonable person.
Qi Xutian frowned but did not show any anger. He stared at Qi Mingyue intently and put down the chopsticks in his hand, “Why?”

Qi Mingyue went out quietly, as a result, no one in the palace knew of the Second Prince's departure. As Chief Liu beckoned the carriage, Qi Mingyue stood motionless with Hong Qi and Ying Ran.
“Chief Liu, is Father still discussing matters in the palace?” He couldn't help but ask.
Liu Yi shook his head, “His Majesty has been busy with state affairs recently and something has happened in the harem. There are too many things for His Majesty to worry about and necessitate him to work hard, consequently, his dragon body is feeling unwell and he hasn’t been to morning court.”
“Father is sick?” Qi Mingyue couldn't believe it. Father was fine yesterday, how could he be sick? He was about to question him in a hurry but felt someone embrace his waist from behind. He was about to sidestep and fight back but noticed the familiar presence.
“Chief Liu...” He sighed, very speechless about the fact that someone like Liu Yi could speak nonsense without blinking and with such a serious look. The alleged sick person was clearly inside the carriage, but Liu Yi was teasing him by claiming something entirely different.
Liu Yi bowed slightly, his face calm and unwavering. He led Hong Qi and Ying Ran to another carriage, but there was a smile in his eyes when he left.
Holding the arm that was around his waist, Qi Mingyue turned around and saw that the person standing behind him was Qi Xutian. “Did Father intentionally hide it from me yesterday?”
Qi Xutian chuckled triumphantly, “If I hadn’t done this, how could I have seen your expression of concern towards me? I’m really flattered, it turns out that MingEr can also have such a perturbed expression. You also know how to feel nervous for me.” Holding him in his arms, Qi Xutian got into the carriage and sat down.
The interior was very spacious, and the layout was also extraordinarily comfortable, it made people want to lie down as soon as they saw it. Cakes and fruits were all available, and there were also soft cushions and thin blankets present.

Inside the carriage, Qi Xutian smiled wickedly at the young man’s questioning eyes. Before Qi Mingyue could ask, his hand had already been inserted in his (QM) underwear. With a low gasp, the hand that was teasing the boyhood of the young man was held.
“Father...what exactly is the matter?” Qi Mingyue endured the pleasure, held onto Qi Xutian’s hand to stop him, and questioned.
